The Empowerment Program is a paid, hands-on experience designed for young adults who are serious about leveling up — in their education, careers, finances, relationships, and everyday life.
Through real conversations, interactive workshops, and activities that actually stick, you'll get the tools to set goals that make sense for your life and the confidence to go after them. No generic advice — just practical skills you can use right away.
Whether you're figuring out your next career move, learning to manage your money, navigating your education path, or working on building stronger relationships, this program meets you where you are. You'll connect with peers who get it, reflect on what matters most to you, and walk away with a clear, actionable plan for what's next.

THRIVE! Equity Audit for Cambridge Public Schools
For decades, Cambridge has grappled with the challenge of resolving deep-seated achievement and opportunity gaps that impact generations of Cambridge young people and the community around them. In 2023, Cambridge Public Schools (CPS) and Cambridge Community Foundation (CCF) partnered with THRIVE!, a social enterprise that uses technology to promote equity in government spending, to understand gaps that arise and help CPS in assessing how to best support all students in reaching their potential.

The report was released at a February 9, 2026 event hosted by CCF, CPS, and My Brother's Keeper Cambridge (MBK). A panel of education experts and civic leaders, moderated by MBK Co-President Tony Clark, gathered to discuss the complexity of the issue and confront an uncomfortable truth: the responsibility belongs to all of us.
